RealDoll Canada
gives you the best guaranteed by the most stringent standards in
the industry.
All dolls will be replaced if there is a defect or anomaly or if
there is a model error, it will be replaced at no cost.
Please follow the recommendations for any return or replacement
request.
1. The
request for return must be made within 2 days after your
received order |
2.
You must provide video
evidence to know the exact problem. |
3. The
doll should not be used for personal purposes |
4. The
doll must be in its original packaging and as received |
5. Send
a photo of the dolls in their packaging before closing the
box |
6.
FedEx Return Mail Copies will be sent to you as a PDF file |
7. You
must have a printer or go to a copy center for printing the
documents affixed to the box |
8.
On postage proof duly
made we will send you our FedEx carrier for pickup |
Additional note
Note that the dolls returned for production error will be found on
the auction market.
We take no responsibility for contagious diseases of the returned
products.
All the dolls an identification number that allowed us to trace
the history.
You fully accept the responsibility for the returned product if
lawsuits could be made accordingly.
We can not give any guarantee if it has been used for personal
purposes.
The replacement will be made only upon receipt of your order at
our warehouse.
